Q. How can I pay for the goods bought in the internet store miljonssvecu.lv?

Q. How can I cancel my order and get my money back?
A. According to the legislation of the Republic of Latvia, the goods purchased in online stores can be returned to the seller within 14 days from the day of purchase by sending them by mail. The goods must be unused and undamaged. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Payment may not be accepted in cases where incorrect payment information is entered or when there are insufficient funds in the account to make the payment.

A. Delivery is free for orders over 50 EUR within the borders of Latvia.
Q. My order has not yet been delivered, what should I do?
A. Usually, your order reaches you within 1-6 working days after payment and processing of the order. However, if you have not received your order within 10 working days, please contact us.
